Our Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, where it’s processed, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

Who we are

Envision360 Inc. (“Envision360”, “we”, “us”) is a Canada-based digital transformation partner serving global clients. We design and deliver software and integration projects (mobile, web, API, and automation). Contact: support@envision360.co.

Scope

This policy covers personal information we process when you use our websites (including envision360.co), contact us, or interact with our pages, forms, demos, and client portals we host. If a project uses a client’s environment, that client’s privacy terms apply in addition to this policy.

What we collect

  • Contact & business info you provide (name, email, phone, role, company, project details).
  • Communications (messages, meeting notes, support tickets, and related metadata).
  • Usage & analytics about site activity (pages viewed, clicks, timestamps, approximate location, device/browser). Collected via first-party cookies or analytics tools.
  • Device & log data (IP address, user agent, error logs) for security and reliability.
  • Recruiting data if you apply to work with us (CV/resume, skills, availability).

Sensitive personal information (e.g., financial account numbers, government IDs) is not collected on our public sites. If a project requires handling such data, it is governed by a separate agreement and security controls.

Where it comes from

  • Directly from you when you submit forms, email us, book meetings, or upload files.
  • Automatically from your browser/device when you browse our sites.
  • Third parties (e.g., referral partners, LinkedIn, conference/event organizers) in a B2B context.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, scope and deliver projects, and provide support.
  • To operate, secure, debug, and improve our websites, products, and services.
  • To send service messages (e.g., confirmations, updates). Marketing messages are optional and require your consent where required by law.
  • To detect and prevent fraud or misuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
  • Contract – when processing is necessary to provide services you request.
  • Legitimate interests – to run, secure, and improve our business in a B2B context, balanced against your rights.
  • Consent – for optional analytics, cookies, or marketing where required. You can withdraw at any time.
  • Legal obligation – to meet regulatory or tax requirements.

How we share information

  • Service providers under contract (cloud hosting, analytics, communications, payment or billing, security). They may access data only to perform services for us and must protect it.
  • Business transfers – if we explore or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
  • Legal & safety – to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights, users, or the public.
  • With your direction – e.g., when you ask us to share information with a partner or platform.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by U.S. state laws.

International transfers

We are headquartered in Canada and use global service providers. Your data may be processed in Canada, the United States, the EU, the UK, or other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

Retention

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices & rights

  • Access, correction, deletion – request a copy, fix inaccuracies, or ask us to delete data (subject to legal exceptions).
  • Objection & restriction – object to or request limits on certain processing.
  • Portability – receive data in a portable format when applicable.
  • Marketing – opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
  • Cookies – manage through your browser or your site cookie banner/settings.

To exercise rights, email support@envision360.co. We will verify your request and respond as required by law (e.g., PIPEDA, GDPR/UK GDPR, CPRA).

Cookies & similar tech

We use first-party cookies and similar technologies to keep the site secure, remember preferences, and understand usage. Some embedded tools (e.g., analytics, scheduling) may set their own cookies. Where required, we’ll request consent via a banner and respect your settings.

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (encryption in transit, access controls, logging, least-privilege). No online service can be 100% secure, so we encourage you to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your information or account.

If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we will investigate and notify you and/or regulators as required by applicable law.

Children

Our services and websites are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Our websites may link to third-party sites or embed third-party tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We recommend reviewing those policies before providing personal information to third parties.
